Chardonnay Mignon

There is something supremely seductive about well made Chardonnay ripened in Tikvesh sunshine. Our Chardonnay happens to be savory and nuanced version of this noble variety, coming from a terrific vintage. Rich, full-bodied dry white, light gold in color, restrained yet layered with flavor and texture. Classic Chardonnay.

Nose

Ripe citrus and peach notes with vanilla undertones, together with a fresh melon follow suit as the wine begins to warm and its aromatic opulence comes into focus.

Palate

Rich and creamy yet fresh and balanced with lingering ripe flavors. This host of flavors is backed by a chiseled, dart-like acidity that initially maintains a tight grip on the palate, gently ceding with air and warmth, crisp, fresh orange zest and ginger notes to allow the wines natural richness to emerge.

Finish

Harmoniously concentrated finish, punctuated by baked apple, vanilla, and a hint of white pepper.
